How to approach the application

1. Open the official program page and confirm that the current round accepts applications.
2. Check applicant, location, and expense eligibility before preparing documents.
3. Read the provider’s document requirements; request an equipment quote or program budget if required.
4. Apply through the provider’s official instructions and retain a copy of your submission.

Before you commit to an expense

Check whether approval must come before a purchase, whether payment goes to you or a supplier, and whether the provider requires a match or follow-up report.
